Walnut-Stuffed Artichokes
Romaine, Endive, Walnut and Gorgonzola Salad
I love artichokes. I usually steam them and sometimes my husband grills them on the barbecue. When I saw this recipe for stuffed artichokes, I just had to try them. It turns out that stuffed artichokes are really good.

The Romaine, Endive, Walnut and Gorgonzola Salad is a pre-made salad from Trader Joe’s.
I usually make my own salads, but they were out of my favorite lettuce so I decided to give this salad a try. It was actually quite tasty, one of the best pre-made salads I have had.
